Use the gobblers. Between them you can consume ~800 Bloodstone Dust, ~550 Empyreal Fragments and ~550 Dragonite Ore a day. Most of the time you'll get back minor loot, but they can occasionally surprise you with nice stuff. If you're still not able to eliminate your stockpile consuming that much per day, you must be doing a skrittload of farming.
Silverwastes for general mats and do the chest train, plenty of Ore when opening and you get a exotic bag. And for Emp Frags, just any LS map that has general chests that pop a few in each; like Grothmar, all 25+ chests drop 35, but there are plenty of other maps too. LS3 maps. Guild Missions are probably the best Dragonite farm. You get stacks every week for about 1 hour. For now just do fractals, world boss train for dragonite ore, raids, Heart of Thorn Meta events (Matriarch at Verdant Brink, Octovine at Auric Basin, Chak Garent in Tangled Depths, Mord at Dragons). Doing 23 dungeons a day gives about 6070 empyreals, relative to the 140 I get per day of dragonite (from karka queen, tequatl and triple wurm ONLY), and the about 100 I get of dusts, mostly from teq(+kraitlab)'s champion chests. To answer OP, buy a new charslot, dump all of your dragonite ore into it through the banks.

Dragonite Ore (and Bloodstone Dust and Empyreal Fragments) are used for Ascended crafting. You need 500 of each to make an Ascended weapon, and 200500 of each to make a piece of Ascended armour (depending on the piece). If you are levelling your crafting skills and envision yourself getting Ascended gear, save some for that time.
There are loads of guides on crafting that'll show you the cheapest way to get to 500. You can store mats in the bank and alt characters. When you craft it will pull from the bank tabs first then crafting storage. Materials are easy to get in the game. You can farm or do the more profitable metas for salvage materials.
